The Heights of Bulverde has just hired a new director for the section, so there is better supervision than before. They had no director of nurses and stuff, so they did what they wanted to do. I visited my mother there. What I like least is the communication issue. They don't communicate well between nurses and directors, and down to the clients. The food was good. The staff members are good when they are doing their job, but sometimes they don't give me a call. They notified me late after the fact. Somet…

Everyone here has been very nice and helpful in taking care of my Aunt. From the Director to the Activities Director. The facility is always clean, and her laundry is done daily. She loves going out to lunch once a month (prior to Covid-19). She has been at this facility for almost 2 years, and has not come across anyone that did not treat her right. I could not have chosen a better facility for her care.

My dad is living at The Heights of Bulverde. It is clean. The staff members are friendly. The patients are smiling, and they seem to be happy. The food is excellent. We have nothing but good things to say about the place. For us, it is convenient because it is ten minutes from my mom's house, so she can visit him on a daily basis.
