PositiveI was given a tour without a scheduled appointment and I appreciated them fitting me into their day. The facility was beautiful. I was impressed with the colorful and modern decor. The entry looks like an upscale hotel lobby. Everything appeared to be clean and well taken care of. There were groups of residents gathered at tables playing games and others relaxing in the lobby listening to live piano music. We have a nice apartment but with old appliances. Wash machine is ruining our clothes. Have complained but to no avail. We weren't told the truth on our tours. The food is wonderful. Surprised of having very little service in helping us. Even have to call emergency ourselves. Like the residents.
