Staff - the aids are amazing and very helpful. Apartment size - you get what you pay for, the current apartment is very good for one person with lots of storage. The whole place is clean and welcoming. There are a variety of activities offered. The food is good. Our experience has generally been good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been in contact with Nancy for 2 years planning my father’s move to NY from Florida assisted living and she has been so helpful! She calls you back promptly and keeps good notes. She remembered me when i would call her over these past couple of years. The rooms are spacious and very clean facilities. I finally got a room for him after waiting for some time but my father refuses to move. He would have been so happy with the friendly staff there along with all the amenities!!! Activities galore. She was so wonderful to deal with her personality was kind. She was very friendly and easy to talk with. This is a lovely facility and there are plenty of friendly people. It was a huge convenience that they loaned us furniture for my 90-yr old mother-in-law, so she could move in immediately. We then had time to arrange for movers to bring her permanent items.

The facility/ staff fine! You have to follow up with staff. To ensure care is consistent.
