The staff is friendly, and there are lots of activities available. I especially appreciate that the memory care residents have access to an outdoor patio and can choose to spend time outside when they want. The most difficult part of my experience has been communicating with management. Calls are not always returned, and email responses can be inconsistent. This has been very frustrating, especially when trying to get questions or concerns addressed.

I toured the facility and will be moving a loved one in within the next two months. The building is clean, completely smell‑free, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. I toured with Tammy, who is the Executive Director, and she was knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient with all of my questions. She made the entire process feel comfortable and reassuring. I left feeling confident that my loved one will be well cared for here.

Activities are amazing. Nurses, same ones all the time. We have a great Raport with them. We love [name removed] the director. My mom loves the food. Its cozy there and you ask them to do things a certain way (moms skin care), they listen and report it to everybody. Only down side is smaller room and bathroom for slightly more money. Its worth the trade for us. The residents are all happier. They Never complain.
