Beautiful, very new facility with art room, movie theater, gym, pub, formal living room with a grand piano, restaurant-style dining room and well-appointed rooms. Staff is attentive and friendly—from the receptionists to the nurses to the waiters and waitresses. The activities director is a standout. I toured The Residence at Colvin Run, and they were fantastic. They were good. What I liked most was the staff and the salesperson who gave me the tour. They knew people's names. They were saying hello to each of the residents and addressing people. The atmosphere was fantastic. It was a friendly, family-type atmosphere where people knew each other and felt comfortable. The Residence at Colvin Run (RCR) in Great Falls, VA is a first-rate assisted living and memory care community that exceeded all our expectations. PositiveA Beautifully Vibrant Community
I love this community and all of the activities I see them doing with their residents. The staff is friendly, fun and caring. They have cooking demonstrations and also go and take the residents on outings. There always seems to be something going on. I think it is also unique that they list their call bell response time on their website. This gives me peace of mind.
