The Ridge at Sterling

The facility was immaculate and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, considerate, and knowledgeable. [name removed] was a wonderful representative of the community's values and focus. The residents I spoke with were candid and open in their assessment of their quality of life. It was a very positive and educational visit.

The tour was over the internet. I live too far away to attend in person. I thought the staff we met were friendly and the place looked clean. The services they offered would fit my needs. The menu they sent me looks good. The only thing I wonder about is I didn't see any residents in the halls, in common areas, etc. I would also like a better idea of the studio room. Thank you for giving me the tour.

I took my brother in law to tour The Ridge at Sterling. We were impressed by the kindness of the staff, the facilities, the dining experience, and the friendliness of the residents. My brother in law is looking forward to living there.

The vibe was really nice and the residents appeared to be happy. They engaged with us as well as our guide. We felt welcome.

A very clean ,well lit facility. A room for PT and activities as well as a room dedicated to entertainment. We ate in the dining room which is a real dining room vs a cafeteria. All the staff we interacted with were personable and seemed to have a very good relationship with the tenants. The marketing director was gracious and handled our extensive questions. And most importantly..my mother loved the place.

We chose The Ridge at Sterling for my sister because of the cost and its location. It seemed nice and clean. A normal good place is what it would appear to be. The staff was so pleasant, instructive, answered questions, and provided me with the materials for the place. They didn't have any empty rooms. It looked well maintained.
