PositiveThe experience, cleanliness, friendliness has been awesome. The quality of care hasn't been all too good as we had some issues with her medication so I am self administering it myself now. Her showers haven't been consistent as they've skipped several days saying that it wasn't on their schedule when it was. I've also continually asked them to bathe her by 730 cuz she goes to bed at 8 and there have been times when they've come in as late as 9-9:30. Positive[name removed] was very thorough and spent a good amount of time with us understanding our needs and how Sheridan of Tyler Creek can accommodate those needs. He has kept in touch and is always happy to answer any questions that crop up. We also met several staff members and all were so very welcoming. It is a wonderful community and when the need arises, we feel this is in our top 3!

PositiveShe was not excited to move there at first, and in a very short time enjoyed staying there. She met some great friends. They were great people who lifted her spirits, and had many meals with them. The employees were extremely helpful and kind.

Positive[name removed] was very informative and pleasant to work with. God willing I look forward to moving my mom there in the next few weeks.
