The Springs at Sunnyview

I visited this facility

We toured The Springs at Sunnyview, the whole facility, and the dining area. They have laundry available on the second floor. It is a two-story building. They have a patio and some garden areas. Parking is available. I did have lunch there and it was very good. It was served at the tables, three meals a day. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and the facility was very clean.

Great place to live!

This is a great place to meet people. Friendly! Good food! Lots of activities. You won't be lonely here. It very easy to make friends. The move in process, overall was easy. Close to a lot of shopping.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the community itself was very nice, it has a very homey and cozy feel to it. The apartments we saw were very roomy and had patio access. They also had a washer and dryer hookup. However, the location is not ideal - it is not in the best neighborhood being right by a high school and a homeless area.

Family Feel

The biggest positive about this place is the people. It is small, we all know each other and have become family. The people here were very welcoming upon move in and we continue to do that for each person.

If you love people, this is the place for you!

I chose The Springs at Sunnyview after a visit in which I felt an atmosphere that I had not experienced elsewhere, and there was a hominess that greatly appealed to me. It was the only place where I said I could see myself here. I am a people person and found myself greeted with enthusiasm. I came to meals right away and joined in balloon bat and other activities fairly quickly. I love the size of the facility, which has enabled me to get to know everyone by first name. I visited this facility

I was very pleased with the cottage I saw at The Springs at Sunnyview. It's big. There are two bedrooms and there's a garage there. That was a selling point, and I liked that it was available already. It's attractive. They have help staff available. They have a very small exercise room, like one treadmill and one bicycle, and they do exercise classes a couple of times a week. The food was good, too.
