Staff is friendly every time I go to see my mom, the place is always clean and bright. Mom raves about the young lady who handles the activities, mom likes the food and variety. Her room is perfect size for her.

The staff was very friendly. I didn't see a lot of staff on the tour. The facility was clean and well lighted and the appearance was pleasant. Many activities listed were and the dining areas were clean and inviting. The costs were higher than I expected and I am not sure that they are affordable for many.

Our family finally found peace

From the moment we stepped in there for the first time, it was clean, the people were friendly, and the staff was very understanding of our situation. They made special arrangements for our mom until a permanent room was available in the assisted-living section. The rooms are a good size, the food is good, and they have lots of fun activities to keep everyone busy. She loves it there! I liked everything about The Terraces at Westminster. It seemed perfect and is just what I would want for my husband. I can only speak to the one person that I was with, and she was really into her job at that facility and the residents they had there. The facility was very good and well maintained. The rooms were certainly more than adequate. The lighting was fine, but obviously the air-conditioning wasn't on. It was a very cool day when I went. If I were going to be in a facility, I would want to go there.

They coordinated quickly and efficiently with the treatment center my mom had been at previously to facilitate a seamless, tailored transition.
