The Village at Eden Vista Green Bay

We chose Eden Vista for my Mom, along with her participation and it turned out to be a great decision. Anyone can visit and tour the facility, see the rooms, check out the food and compare prices. What you can't really judge from a visit like that is the level of care. We found the staff and level of care to be excellent. I would confidently recommend Eden Vista.

Our families experience

They go thru a lot of staff not always the best. A lot of the time the smell of urine in the hallway is overwhelming. The staff they retain are very friendly and helpful. The care seems to be good. The meals my Aunt says are terrible as do many of the other residents. Activities seem to be very limited. The price is very reasonable.

Communication is not good nor consistent with administration. Urine smell often in hallways. Apts are not cleaned well. Front desk person is often not at desk- doing multiple other duties.

Eden Vista Green Bay was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful answering questions, and took time out to talk to my dad while he was there visiting with us. The longevity of the employees was a big plus. I was able to see the residents interact with the employees. The rooms were set up like a small apartment with full bathrooms. We really do think all of the staff members working there really do a good job caring for the residents they are serving .

Make sure to ask a lot of questions. So far we are pleased with The Village. They seem to be very nice...at times a little under staffed. Wish my loved one was more receptive to the change.
