Staff members take such great care with the residents, treating each person with compassion and respect. I gave low ratings in administration and quality of care because, although the facility is very beautiful and clean, it was significantly understaffed and experienced a high turnover in leadership. During the little over a year that my mom lived there, there were three different directors. When she moved out, they were already searching for a fourth, as the third director was leaving at the same time we were. The staff here are incredibly loving, caring and attentive. I highly recommend “A Place for mom” for anyone who is looking for loving and nurturing environment. Thank you everyone for all that you have done.

I recommend Watermark! Facility is very new, maybe a year & a half to 2 yrs old. Very luxurious decor. Caregivers r courteous & attentive & caring towards the residents. Between lunch & dinner 1 caregiver does educational stuff w/the residents, and exercise so the residents r engaged & not bored. Very good food! I've had my mom in 2 other memory care facilities. Compared to the other 2 this one is the best

Improvements are constantly being made for enjoyment and service.

There are some communication problems for families when trying to find information or contacting directly with staff. Food needs to be changed more often. I hear from others that the food is repetitive. But the new executive director is very responsive and trying to change these items. New staff has been hired too, as another activities person has introduced new ideas. They are also filling the facility with more new residents so socializing could improve.
