PositiveStaff is very sweet and helpful. I feel safe and comfortable. The activities are varied and provide for differing abilities. Residents are involved in activities from leading to participating. My apartment is the perfect size for me.

PositiveI visited The Wellington at North Richland Hills. I was greeted well. The staff was friendly. I was given handouts. There was nothing wrong with the staff, but I thought the staff at the other places was better. The layout was fine. It seemed clean enough. It was also during …

The staff will not help if a resident falls, clean up any messes in the bathroom, or has any blood anywhere. They will immediately call 911 or family. Housekeeping was not very reliable and no one would clean the apartment or collect the trash for multiple weeks at a time. When we complained and asked for a partial refund, the director got very rude with us. However overall we thought highly …
