PositiveMy Family's Experience
I would give them 5 stars as their caring staff, clean facility and very nice private rooms at a low cost were everything I was looking for. My Dad had Dementia and passed on the [date removed]. The staff were wonderful and treated him like family. Everyone from the director down was exceptional to deal with. My Dad had a best friend in a staff nurse named [name removed]. She treated him like gold and I am very thankful that his remaining time on earth was spent at such a lovely and inviting home like setting.

I'm very happy with the overall experience. The staff is a pleasure to work with, and the facility is clean and well maintained. The pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other homes I've looked at. While the building itself is fairly simple, the level of care and cleanliness truly matters to me, and they take great care of my grandmother-which is what's most important.

My 97 year old mother recently passed away. The 3 months prior she was a resident at Transitions Oakland Manor. She was very sharp to the end and especially enjoyed playing Bingo and some of the other activities offered occasionally. She got along well with most of the caregivers at the home and several, I know seemed to look out for her. The food was always served hot and a nice variety, even though my Mom didn't eat much. Some of the residents have a nice comradery going on. Her room was nice and bright and even …
