Tuscany at McCormick Ranch was very charming and cozy, but it was an older facility. It could use some updates. The staff was very good. They were very warm. They had in-depth knowledge of the facility. One of them had been there a long time, so they were very knowledgeable. They had a strong culture, and they seemed committed to their culture. The private rooms were bigger, but the public space was not as robust as the first community we toured.

5's all the way. It's expensive but they treat their residents very well. My mom loves it there. The staff bend over backwards to make the living experience great. Rooms are very nice and they do so many activities Daily it's really amazing. I was worried that mom would be bored but their activity manager is excellent.
