Horrific. I wish I could post pictures I took. Filthy. Missing food on every single tray. Dirty silverware, no TV, no trash cans whatsoever in room or bathroom, dirty diapers on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

I am/was a resident of this facility

I am a current resident and have had several problems getting anyone to respond to my call bell or to repeated requests to meet in person. I am here because I broke my kneecap and cannot put any weight on it so am bedridden for now. I need to use a bed pan to pee. I have waited hours before anyone responds, sometimes sitting in my own per when I can’t hold it any longer. A few times I have been left on the bedpan which is very painful - once for more than an hour! Last night I did not get any dinner - this is the 2…

The place was awful. Went there after heart surgery and the only thing I can say good about the place is their therapy people. The caseworker is rude and kept me there 2 weeks even though I was ready to go home after a week. The food was always cold and they never gave you what you asked for. My sheets never got changed the whole 2 weeks I was there and my bathroom never was cleaned. The place is not a very good place and I feel sorry for anyone that has to stay there.

It is 1:40 pm...no lunch yet. This seems to be quite a habit

Most the staff does not care and are rude. The food is just nasty and if your a person stuck in the room your food will be what's left and cold. If you are someone that needs help with the bathroom they come to help hours after hitting the button for help, so you can sit in your waste for HOURS. This was just some of the issues.

My mother was in their care and absolutely hated it. Horrible food and lack of prompt attention by the staff. She said the medical people who treated her were alright, but the care staff/aides themselves were awful. Whoever was on duty was normally on their phones not answering calls for help. Left on her own several times to get into and out of bed etc even though she was near 100% immobile. She called crying to try and get her out of the facility and will not go back ever.
