*Visited morning of 11/23. *Monthly rate is $3800. Deposit of $2000 with $1000 going to month's rent. *Owner has 9 homes w/ a 10th one getting ready - BIG business! *I saw 2 locations in Laguna Niguel (I & IV) and one in Mission Viejo (III) - these are the only openings right now. *People are brought in for art and music therapy, etc. *Didn't like the director at first - seemed very cold, too professional and businesslike.
