Home. The staff was great. They were friendly and caring towards the residents. The food always smelled good, and the house was always clean! Overall we were very satisfied with the quality of care our relative received. Activities were based on ability. I saw personal exercises to Bingo being played depending on the residents at the time.

Our experience with Via Tercero Homes

We used a “Place for Mom” to assist us in finding a home for our relative. We chose Via Tercero Homes in Mission Viejo. It has been 5 years since we placed our relative here. We have found the staff to be pleasant, and caring in their involvement with residents. The home is ran in a professional manner. The residents are clean and dressed, some even have makeup on. The home is very clean. During this period of time I have seen the home with inactive residents that sit in a common area to listen to TV, and do sim…

We toured quite a few of the residential board and care homes and they were all pretty much on the same level as far as care that was being provided. From what I could see the community appeared clean and well kept. The staff seemed nice and friendly. Not sure what type of acitivites were offered. I just felt that this was not the right fit for my mom

My dad is living at Via Tercero Homes. It's a nice house, and it has nice rooms. It's very clean and modern. The staff are very conscientious, caring people. I think the facility meets my dad's needs perfectly. It has private rooms. Each one has a TV, a nice view, and a spacious backyard. It's a board and care facility, and there are five or six residents.

It's a pretty good place.

They do some typical exercises, but there isn't a lot for activities, most residents are wheelchair bound and mostly keep to themselves. It would be nice if there was maybe a little more variety in the cooking, and if it included more vegetables. We chose them because we liked the private room, and the pricing. Also because it was very clean, and they had an overall high amount of integrity when it came to adhering to certain rules about medication, and following certain guidelines for themselves.

Very nice and clean, rooms and bathrooms too small.
