★★★★★
PositiveMedicaid facility. 3 separate lodges for memory care severity. Clean, staff out & present, residents seemed happy. Good outdoor space. Menu looked great with a la carte options. Bathtub available & pets allowed. Location is great, near WMU campus & Costco. Older facility, no frills decor but all needs are met and the price is all inclusive. Good value. Cory, the point person was incredibly friendly & helpful. Seems like staff turnover may be an issue.

PositiveThe staff was awesome! The facility was easy to find, and the staff was always available. They took excellent care of my Dad. He felt cared for and safe, and he was treated with respect and dignity. The activity people would come and bring him activities when he did not want to go to them. PositiveYou can find staff easy, they were always around to help . Always interacting with the residents. Genuinely care. When my dad was acting out with his dementia, I was there , and they treated the situation calmly, and caring. Very professional.very well trained. As he was passing away, all staff came in one by one to say their goodbyes. And told us stories about him. They truly liked my Dad. They said he could be grumpy at times, but was sweet and he always said thank you ?? His room was always kept clean and org…

PositiveMy friend likes it very much. He feels at home there. He isn't a fan of the food ... but most people complain about food when they stop cooking. I think that they take good care of him.
★★★★★
CriticalThe new rehab was very helpful and communicated with family often. The day to day varies drastically depending on how many and who is working. Some think they are doing you a favor and have a major attitude. Others are extremely helpful and caring.
★★★★★
PositiveI can't comment on the activities because I didn't use . What I like most about Vibrant Life is that it is a smaller facility clean and home like. Improve on communication, but I know everyone is over worked and short staffed.
