Great choice

Always have an activity such as ice cream socials, music both outdoors and inside, newly painted interior, laundry free and multiple machines on all floors, large elevators, nice library. 1 bedroom apartment has a large bedroom. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen is small but meals are made in cafeteria. They can deliver meals if you want to stay in. Once a week floor cleaning included

Our experience

I like a few things. One is the price for doing your laundry is included in the rent. They have a bus that on certain days go to different places. Like doctors appointments, and shopping. The staff are very nice and helpful .

I visited this facility

I will be moving into The Village at Heritage Oaks. I like it. It's very nice. It's much cheaper, and it has a little more extra stuff than the other place that I wanted. The staff was very nice. They showed us an apartment on display, which was very, very nice. On my last day of the tour, they showed me the room I was going to be in. They were renovating and it was really nice, plus I had a view of the yard and not the parking lot. They showed me all the different floors and what's on each floor. I&…
