I am extremely happy with Vineyard Memory Care. [Names removed] run a good place. [Name removed], the Activities Director, is fabulous. They have other staff members around to assist the residents, as well. I always appreciate what they do for my loved one. I would recommend Vineyard Memory Care to others.

Our family has been very satisfied with the Vineyard Memory Care community . The staff members are very good and we feel that we made the right decision for our loved one. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I visited this facility

It was very bright and very clean. It was a lot newer than some of the other facilities that I visited. They had a private room, but it was smaller than the one that my sister is currently in and would not accommodate all her bedroom furniture. It was important for her that she would be able to take her furniture. The staff who assisted me was great. That was the first place I visited, so I had no clue about any of this, and he was very helpful and very informative. The amenities were comparable to every place else…

The Worst

I was forced to sign a contract because my other family members wanted my dad to go to Vineyards. He had to be released from the hospital and needed a place quickly. We were promised the moon. I had a lot of questions about how he would be cared for. Unfortunately once you sign the contract nobody has time to talk to you . you have to send emails and maybe get a reply in 3-5 days. Please look elsewhere for your loved one.

We've had a wonderful experience at Vineyard Memory Care. The staff have been very helpful and courteous. They always give me feedback when I need it. They have done nothing but improve my loved one's health and make it a welcoming place for her. All of our friends who have come to visit have commented to me how friendly, open, and encouraging the environment is for everyone there. I've been very pleased.

I wanted a community that was smaller and not to overwhelming for my loved one. The tour was very good and they gave me all of the information that I needed it was just not the environment that I was looking for for my loved one.
