PositiveThe person giving the tour was excellent. Knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, knew what the process felt like for families. Every staff member we passed greeted us. Rooms were nice in size and clean. Main community living area was not as homey feeling as other facilities due to it's larger size, but all residents we saw seemed content. Outdoor area for residents was very nice. Price was slightly lower than other places I visited.

We used them for respite care for about 2 weeks for my mother in law. One of the "requirements" we had for any facility was cable tv with the remote you can talk into. We were assured that would be provided. Upon moving in, her room was one of 5 in the whole building that did not have that. It made it almost impossible for her to watch tv because she could not navigate the setup. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a sufficient size. My biggest complaint is the apartment size, the deluxe studio is so small! We're on a waiting list for a one bedroom. Dad is happy there and the staff is kind. The place is clean, even when I show up unannounced I have seen kind staff working with the residents.
