PositiveI was a resident of Whaler's Cove Assisted Living. It was good. The air conditioning was included and also the hot water. They've done my laundry and that was included in my insurance. It was a nice place to live. My apartment was a one-bedroom. They have one and two-bedroom apartments. They have lots of activities just like in a nursing home. The staff was very good.

PositiveExcept the nursing staff boss - [name removed] - when I ask her something or tell her something about my brother's health, Well she isn't very helpful. They can't even take his temperature. Regular cafeteria food. No chef is involved, but there are plenty of activities. They are expensive and for them to be flexible at all, your rent increases.

PositiveWhaler's Cove Assisted Living was a great place. It's beautiful. It used to be a department store a long time ago. It's very beautiful inside, and it's got elevators to everywhere. You bring your own furniture and you decorate your apartment the way you want it to be. It's kind of an extension of where you came from. It's a little expensive. PositiveThanks to A Place for Mom, we found out about Whaler’s Cove and we recently moved a family member into one of their spacious studio apartments. She is very happy and so are we. The staff is professional and very caring. Moving there was the right decision for our family. The food is excellent and the dining room is very clean and organized.
