★★★★★
PositiveThere are several care givers who are exceptional and provide excellent and genuine care. The administration is willing to chat any time about my concerns. There are times that they are short staffed and the limited number of care givers is not sufficient to provide the care needed on a memory care unit, no matter how hard they work. Often the food provided for meals is difficult for the residents to eat.

PositiveStaff was always pleasant. Mom's room was nice and well kept. While Mom was not much of a social person, the staff showed patience getting her to come to meals. She enjoy the food for the most part. And had made a few friends. She was there only about 4 months before she died but I would say she was in better spirits and seemed to be eating and moving better than when she was living alone.

Fortunately, I was not badly hurt, but it took about 30 minutes for me to be able to get up by myself and get into bed. I also always feel the to remind them on the days that I get showers, as there have been days …

PositiveAfter touring Willow Falls, there was no need to look at any additional places as this facility offered everything my mother-in-law would need. All of the staff that we encountered were joyful. My mother-in-law moved in two months ago and absolutely loves it there.
