PositiveBardwell is great! Working out well for my dad. The staff is great, dad says food is good. I wish they had more choices. Unlike most kitchens they only have (2) choices each day/meal

PositiveWe had a wonderful experience touring this facility as we considered care options for our loved one. The staff was caring, attentive, and welcoming, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. The facility was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the warm atmosphere. The tour gave us confidence that our loved one would be in good hands, and we would highly recommend this facility to anyone exploring care options.

PositiveMy mom has been at Bardwell since January. She was weak from hospitalization and rehab. The staff was very attentive in getting her into the daily meal schedule, helping her dress and transporting her in wheelchair to meals. Tho she tires easily, she now participates in Bingo 3x a week. Has made friends with staff and her dining table mates. She enjoys the outdoor courtyard area, summer cookouts. Due to poor eyesight, there is much she can't do but she is content. Her apartment gas great natural light and family an…

PositiveStaff was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating to my mom's needs. They genuinely cared about her well being. The food was okay. The apartment was bright, sunny and very clean. The building itself was clean and didn't feel like an assisted living facility. Always smelled clean and fresh.
★★★★★
PositiveThey're very caring and show my grandma a lot of love. The CNAs are super friendly, and they always have a lot of activities going on to help keep the residents busy. I would recommend them to others

PositiveVery nice, historic building. The director, [name removed] was very helpful, offering great insights about finding a community for my Mom. Unfortunately, it is too far away from my home and the neighborhood is marginal. Because of the building’s history, it has a vintage/antique feel that my Mom would not appreciate, so I decided it would not be a good fit for her. That said, it would be a perfect fit for someone who appreciates the history of the building. Bardwell’s program and standard of care seems great.
