Facility did have some design or construction flaws, so we have had a good bit of unexpected maintenance for such a new facility. Still, it is a lovely building. Staffing has had fairly high turnover, especially in food service. Better now than during COVID.

Windsor Pointe of Jacksonville has a lot of events. They include people who have come in to look at the facilities and they still reach out to them, and I've been to several of their functions. It's just a beautiful place. They have everything. They have an actual movie theater. The food that the chef serves is delicious. It's top-notch. I liked Windsor Pointe of Jacksonville. All of the staff that I met were very engaging and friendly and also engaging with the guests that were already living there. The place was fairly new. It was well-kept and presented well. They had a gym and a salon. They had doctors and dentists that would come around. If they need it, those services would be available. The apartments themselves were nice.
