PositiveI think if the person is mobile and a sound mind, this place would be great. If they have mobility issues or any loss of memory issues, I don't think it would be good. I really can't read it since they have caretaking manager now. I'm sure it's a lot better than it was when Mom was there

PositiveEveryone had been extremely helpful, kind and patient. Transitioning a family member to an assisted living home is not easy, and there are a LOT of bumps in the road. But the Staff there made it as easy and smooth as possible. They provided us with a free moving company, and are willing to help when possible. The only thing I would complain about is the price for additional services such as handing the residents their medicine each day. I feel they charge a bit much for that service per day.

PositiveWhat tasty food my 103 yr. old father and I share in the Wynnfield dining room and a chance to meet other residents who dine with him every day is something not to be missed if families have not done so! As probably the oldest person in Fulton County, as a WWII veteran Dad has had superb care at every level. I live 90 miles away from this Rochester facility and NEVER worry Dad is receiving incredible attention for someone who can't manage his hearing aids or his cell phone......LOL... the staff is very patient with…

PositiveMy mother in law is a Wynnfield Crossing resident. This experience has been wonderful for our family. The care team is just wonderful. The Resident Assistants treat her with the same care that our family would. They are very aware of physical and mental changes in the residents. They alerted us to changes in her behavior immediately when she became ill, allowing us to get medical care quickly. [name removed] has a wonderful administrative team as well. They are always willing to discuss ways to help and continue for…

PositiveThey do not have any medical staff on board. I felt they took mom and should not have. They were not able to give her the care she needed. She was not able to take care of herself, toileting, showering, and such. The gal that was in charge at the time somehow broke her back, moving her. I do not blame them because in every other way, they were great. They just couldn't handle her level of care.

PositiveI like Wynnfield Crossing. I thought it was a beautiful place. I also thought that the staff was very friendly, professional, and over-the-top ready to help you. Everyone looked happy and clean. The facility was clean, too. It's a beautiful facility. What I didn't like about it was that it was too far for me, and the price was a little high. If mom lives longer than five years, we couldn't have kept up with the price. I didn't taste the food, but everything looked clean, and there were lots of o…
