CriticalBait and switch
They can improve by: 1) give proper invoices 2) update the contract to reflect the agreement 3) when a resident is supposed to have a diabetic diet, and I was ASSURED she would be fed that, don't serve her meals that are not diabetic 4) make sure there are no cockroaches in the kitchen. It was very discouraging to be told so many things verbally just to get my money, only to see when my mom moved in that those things didn't happen.

Placed my grandmother at the Desoto location. We were given other options, but decided on this was the best because of cleanliness and nice staff. Staff is very compassionate and couldn’t have picked a better place.

They are still feeding him food that makes his symptoms worse and they have not sent a neurologist to see him like they said. They also have not put him on the proper medication and they haven't fixed the ac in the house in over a month.
