I visited this facility

Acacia Villas was unprofessional. They had medical techs who looked like they were still going to school. They weren’t good at transferring patients from their beds to their wheelchairs because they didn't use their transfer belts. The facility didn't smell good and they didn't give the residents a choice of where to sit at dinner time, which was awful, because what if you didn't want to sit next to that person? It's also dark and very gloomy. They need to have somebody who is a little bit …

I toured Acacia while looking for a place for my loved one. I did not care for this community at all. I found it creepy, I found it old, and did not find it fit for my father. I wouldn’t put my [Removed] there. I’d certainly not recommend it to others.

Dad is in A Great Environment

My dad is doing very well and I have no complaints and I have not heard anything negative from him. He has the biggest room next to dining room, activity room, and everything else. It is a fantastic room with sliding glass doors and his own patio. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. They encourage him to do the activities and kinda coax him out of the room. He has acclimated with all the residents and they are very friendly.

The facility was nice, but the staff didn't seem super friendly. And they didn't return my Dad's phone calls when he was hoping to be put on the wait list for an open room.

I visited this facility

Acacia Villas was very crowded, busy, and noisy. They had apartments with 1 bedroom or 2 and a single room that's more like a studio, and it's a wide open place for a bed and a small little kitchen area. The residents seemed happy, but the place was a little bit distractive with all the stuff going on. There wasn't a lobby or an area for the residents just to sit. There weren't a lot of grounds around it, so it pretty much sits close to the streets on the front and the back of the parking lot, a…
