My dad has been resident for couple years unfortunately he got diagnosed with a cancer final stage and he is required hospice thankfully I met a person with a name Berlin she has been helping my dad and myself and doing everything above and beyond to make this hard time more easily for us thank you from bottom of my heart

Dirty rooms, old building, cna's standing around on phones ignoring residents. Office management never available or never have any idea of what you're talking about. Food used to be good but lately is very disgusting. ALL kinds of people mixed in here. Crazy, street people, lots of stealing. Dont put a loved one in here unless you hate them!

Honestly this place is not for you. The staff are always leaving and no one knows when or where your CNA is. Call wait times are insanely long. The food is not of the best quality. The clients are given 90 a month for expenses. They end up using this to cover cost insurance doesn't. They are harrassed into applying for Link which is used to offset kitchen costs. Surprisingly this is totally legal. No one pays the same but everyone receive the same room unless it's a double. Those people pay more. The staff try thei…

The staff here are amazing ! Down to earth and friendly... You have access to both Directors as they give you their cell phone numbers. I had to contact one of them at night and she responded back to me right away. I appreciate the comfortable surroundings and my dad enjoys the food. Great place.
