A wonderful home away from home.

We are so excited for my Aunt [name removed]. She was very hesitant about Assisted Living but your staff, food and beautiful atmosphere have made her very happy and content with her new home. Thank you very much!! I'm looking forward to seeing the atmosphere during the holiday season

[name removed] was super responsive, kind and helpful in both confirming our tour, during the tour, and in the time together following the tour. The facilities look updated and clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, too. [name removed] too the time to understand our family’s needs for care and asked questions to get to know us and our family. She acted as if there was no other place she’d rather be on a Friday night at 6:30pm. It was our first assisted-living visit and it might be a tough one to beat.

I toured Bickford of Aurora. It seems warm and inviting. It's very clean. The staff was friendly. I know this is an odd thing to say, but it smelled clean, which can be an issue based on my experience with other places in the past. The food smelled very good, and the menu was acceptable. The staff was very nice, and I liked her a lot.

My wife was in memory care for about a year and was very well taken care of. The room was very nice and the staff took good care of my wife they made sure she was comfortable. The staff were very nice and would call me if any issues came up. I was able to take my wife out anytime i wanted i usually took her out to lunch. I really had no issues with Bickford of Aurora it is a well run facility.

Bickford of Aurora was a beautiful place. The facility was really nice. It's newer, but the cost is a lot higher. It's almost $5,000 a month and the fee will go up every year. The business director is very nice. She even sent me an email the last couple of weeks to find out what's going on, so she really cares. That's the only extent of my contact with them. We did not take my mother-in-law there for the visit because it was out of her price range. Just from my tour, it looks like they had a lot…
