Trustwell is a great place. The building is clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The residents are wonderful and welcoming. The staff greets everyone by their name and they are pleasant and graciously helpful. The rooms are a decent size and are clean and modern. Rooms are cleaned by staff every week. Trash is picked up by staff daily. Laundry is also done weekly and delivered back to your room the next day clean and folded. The food is delicious are varied. Three meals every day. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The activity calendar is jam packed and full of fun activities. The property is immaculately clean and feels very upscale. The room is a great size. it has beautiful kitchenette with full size fridge, ample cabinet storage and granite. the bathroom is a great size with ample cabinet storage. and there is a massive walk in closet. The price is very reasonable compared to other communities in the area and the amenities are top notch.

Relatively new, good food. They included laundry and weekly cleaning.. they took my husband to all of his appointments, for a monthly fee. Location good for us and they have a very intelligent group of clients.

what we like the most about Allegro Richmond Heights are the aids that are friendly to mom, and it provides transportation to her doctor appts. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families but their administrator left and the head nurse left. So it's in a bit of chaos right now

Allegro is not a great place, but I don't think it's the worst. If I had to do it over, I would not have chosen this facility.When my mom moved in, she was in the assisted living population, and had a key to her room . She had a debit/credit card to use if she went shopping or out to lunch with old friends. By the end of the year, she was moved to the memory care ward ( I was not there for the move). Within a couple months, one of the employees took her purse with debit card and used it for [fee removed]. By the ti…

PositiveVery nice
Very nice place to be. The staff is kind and helpful. The food is very good. The facility is clean and laundry is done nicely. My only complaint has been with urine catheter help. The staff empties the bag, the can put a new bag on. They will not flush the line and that has created lots of er visits due to a blocked catheter. I thought that catheter help included all tasks associated with a catheter. I recommend allegro, except for the catheter issues.
