CriticalHusband was there almost year
It started out well. As time went by I had to ask make sure they were giving him his showers. I asked many times to have his bathroom cleaned and the room also. Should not have to ask. He ate the food. Many times his items did not come back from laundry. Or he got others stuff. I always turned them in. His items were all labeled. They had many leaks this year one at main entrance then the memory hall last I saw one by the dining room. They had Mold issues I was told. Some of the staff was amazing. My issue is they …

I was impressed with American House Hamilton Place. I liked the way they interacted with the residents there, and everybody was into activities, and all the residents were engaged. It was their activity time when I was there, and they all looked comfortable, and they were all taking part. The staff was very helpful. It was nice and clean.

They have had several big turn overs since we have been there since September. They are not very responsive to me when I really need something. Some of the staff are very polite and really care for residents but I do not believe that they all are Lots if turn overs never know who I need to go to because they have left

Most of the staff has been wonderful. My husband does not participate in activities not able to. He has eaten all of his meals to my knowledge. I am pleased with the room size just wish they would sweep/vacuum more many times stuff all over the floor. One thing I wish they would fix is the door bell to get in memory unit does not work very much. I always have to run someone down to let me in. This is inconvenient.
