They are definitely warm and welcoming. They're very engaged personally with the residence. In general, the place smelled very clean. The on boarding could've been improved in that. It felt a little bit clustered and disorganized. That however, was compensated by their very accommodating nature towards the residence and their families.

Very attentive staff. The recreational and social activities are varied and quite inclusive. My 94yr old mother is enjoying her stay. Mom's apartment was a renovated unit, and easy to keep up.

The nursing director Star is also professional, compassionate, and has been invaluable in some very stressful times. The recent facility upgrades are attractive and functional. Charter Senior Living of Chattanooga is a God-Send. When I come to visit my friend, I can see the difference. The staff care and go out of their way to interact with her and make sure she's taken care of. Wonderful activities, and the chef has been there forever. He makes very good food. Reasonably priced and the new renovations are beautiful. I would definitely reccommend.
