We moved my dad to Rockbridge Oaks Memory Care in [date removed]believing he’d be safe and treated with dignity. Instead, it was heartbreaking. We repeatedly raised concerns about his care, hygiene, toileting, medication, hydration, supervision, and safety. Dad was left in unsanitary conditions, and his needs went unmet. Very impressed with the staff and the care they my husband is getting.

I recently visited Rockbridge Oaks and was able to see firsthand the kindness and respect shown to their residents. When you see residents coming and going, talking and laughing with staff and each other, and staff immediately greeting everyone they pass, you know this is a place with heart. It seems obvious that people who call Rockbridge Oaks home, have found friends, connections, and community there. It's also obvious that the staff truly enjoy working there and with each other.

A very warm welcome and wonderful visit. It is a very attractive facility and an extremely professional staff. I give it my highest recommendation.

Food is good. They have many daily activities. I rarely see anyone at the front and most people stay in their rooms. They just had house cleaning of management, so we will see what happens.

Staff initially brought me in to have a conversation about my mother’s background and situation. They roughly assessed her needs and also talked about features of the facility and how those could meet her needs. I was taken on a tour and shown different room options and observed residents doing their different activities. Overall this is a nice facility and I was appreciative of the staff.
