American House Murfreesboro

I originally toured this facility (via virtual) in 2023 with [name removed]. I found the facility to be very charming—-a place where my father could receive memory supoort care, and at the same time, maintain a sense of dignity which is very important to him. Highly recommend

Staff is wonderful and caring. Friendly and loving staff along with a smaller population of residents. A Place for Mom was wonderful to me and very helpful.

Enjoyed the tour. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel welcomed. Amazed at all the services they have to offer. Decided to put my love one there. Very pleased with American House so far.

Room for improvement.

Food in memory care was bad. A couple of nurses were good but overall the staff was poor. Her bathroom was always dirty. Had to spray her room for bugs. She had a Large room. I wouldn't want to be placed there.

I would rate everything within the staffs control a 5 across the board - especially the administration and staff. [name removed] and [name removed] are beyond top notch. The only thing I would probably excuse myself from rating is the value for the money. This type of care is extremely expensive for our family and I wish other people had access to it who need it. The tour was very thorough and [name removed] was most informative and pleasant. The interaction with the employees and residents was very favorable. The entire facility was very clean and pleasant.
