CriticalI read in other reviews regarding the [Removed] property.. step down has still not been addressed as promised. Also mom has complained about 4 small dogs barking and keeping her up at night. We have found many deceptions with the owner and have found her uncompassionate and indifferent to family concerns. Do not put your loved one here. There are plenty more loving homes to place your loved one. Due to personal circumstances.. we cannot move our loved one??

PositiveVery clean and staff is nice. 1 problem is a step down into the living area without rails or ramps. they just moved in they said and will fix this. But it's not ready now.
