Residents are very happy and welcoming. Dining staff are cheerful and friendly. Food is delicious and activities are plentiful and enjoyable. Apartments are large and pleasant. For the things we wanted most, healthy eating and active socialization, Alexian is a home run. Regarding the administrative aspect of signing up and moving in, Alexian was not as organized and communicative or helpful as we expected.

We chose Acension Living Alexian Village because of the cleanliness of the facility as well as the warm and comfortable décor. This is the first place I've put my mom that has given me complete peace of mind. The amount of caring is phenomenal. I would highly highly recommend this place.

I was extremely pleased with Ascension. The establishment, as well as the patients, were always very clean. I never detected any smells or odors -- and I have a keen sense of smell! They were communicative, helpful, and caring from my first visit until my Mom's death. My mom suffered from dementia, and was in the memory care unit. I would say a 5 stars for all categories. We're very pleased with the care my parents are getting there. The staff are helpful and seem caring. We've had only minor issues and have had all issues worked out quickly. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.
