Atria at Hometown is the highest priced of the three I visited, but I liked it exceptionally well. The staff was very friendly, and the residents seemed very happy. I did eat at the facility, and the food is restaurant-quality. The tour was good. We sat down, looked over floor plans, and talked about what my friend's needs would be. The staff is terrific and did a great job helping my neighbor transition from her home, including referring movers to bring her belongings from her home to her apartment. They were also very patient with Evelena as she went back and forth on whether she should move or not.

We are very pleased to be here, however I do think it is overpriced. In January they raised our rent over $700. This all but prices it out of reach for us. I'm told it increases every year. Friendliness of staff and their helpful attitudes. Bingo! Popular and fun. Housekeeping weekly included. The people who live here make it feel so homey. We watch out for each other.
