I replied to the email sent but not to the form. My sisters nurse [name removed] is definitely a 5; the facility as far as things that mysteriously appear and disappear especially on weekends when [name removed] is not at work, id score a 1. I will discuss if interested.

This location is a Memory Care facility and the occupants function at a very low level of competence. Lots of sitting, sleeping, TV watching, and the day just goes by. Staff- a loving and kind heart is required and during my wife's stay there, they were wonderful. The weekend help does not quite develop the same bond, which is, no doubt, to be expected. Care- staff truly cared. Activities- occupant activity was very low, but they weren't capable of much. Visitors providing activity ( music, storytelling ) well …

The staff at the house on Hughes Circle in Dallas are amazing, caring folks. Communication from the main office was always good. We appreciated all of the individual care that dad was shorn by the staff.

Avalon on Quarterway in Dallas was a wonderful home for our father. The caring staff made it feel like he was living with family. Dad developed sweet, and intimate relationships with all the care takers. They also gave wise advice to our family as we navigated his end of life and all the complexities that come with that season. We had a beautiful experience and highly recommend.
