Facility went down hill after name changed to Aventine

Was great 3 years ago. Ist year was good. 2nd year food quality dropped and served cold. Work repair requests not happening. CONSTANT management changes. Aventine part of the building was a disaster. Main entrance locked on weekend and no one at the desk to let people in Deliveries left by the front door for anyone to steal. My mom's toilet started leaking badly and the man who answered the EMERGENCY number said he was out of town and had no idea who I should call. Her toilet was broken for 3 days. Eelevator was br…

Mom's happy home

When our loved one was able to eat the meals, she really did enjoy them, but due to the covid restrictions the activities are still very limited. We do think we are getting our money's worth and we would recommend the Meridian at Kessler Park community to others.
