We were looking for an extended care/assisted living facility for my brother and spent some really valuable time with the director of this facility. She took us on a complete tour of the facility and we were really impressed with every aspect of the place from the staff to the dining facilities (including a private dining area where a family could dine alone). EVERY detail from even having residents determine what outings to go on- they had just gone to Goodwill (bet the gals wanted that one) to the mens group that…

My tour to Azalea Court was interesting. I was excited about my grandmother going there but they said they're not going to accept her because she needs skilled nursing. They had a studio and it was clean and acceptable. They showed me an example of a shared room, but they didn't have a shared room available. They had an expensive studio room available that was clean. It was presentable and acceptable. The dining area was nice, clean, and also presentable.

My friend will be moving into Azalea Court. It's close to Nashville. It has private rooms with a bath. The atmosphere was nice, homey, and comfortable. The person that gave me the tour was knowledgeable (as far as I could tell) about the day-to-day activities. He was nice. The building itself was good. Although I'm a little bit disappointed with the location from the interstate; it goes a little further out than I expect it.

I did a tour of Azalea Court. It was pretty good. There were a lot of hallways; It seemed like it was chopped up a little bit more. The rooms are very small. It looks very clean and very well maintained. The staff was knowledgeable but limited to what she could answer. They have housekeeping. I didn't see a gym; I saw the rooms and the dining room, which was well laid out.

Our parents have resided in a very nice apartment at Azelea Court Assisted Living for six months. They are very happy there which results in their five children's happiness as well. The facility is always clean as a result of constant cleaning. The care services are all very good including always being there for them to meet all their needs. The friendliness of the staff is excellent including smiles, laughter, hugs, and kind words. The food and snacks are very good and it is nice for them to have optional choices.…

Azalea Court

We have been very impressed with the care our mom has received at Azalea Court. While no place will exactly be like home, Azalea Court has a home-like atmosphere and both the residence and staff are like family. They strive to keep the common areas and Mom's room clean. We have eaten a few meals there and they were all great.
