High costs. From the lobby to floor 7, you have to go up some stairs, or take the elevator up to 1. Then, go to the other elevator to floor 7, and take a walk. Good to know that in the garage, go down . to the 2nd level down. There is no sign saying "Visitor Parking", so I just park near the VERY BACK in that part of the garage where there is a little orange elevator. . There is a code you have to use go straight up to 7, and yet another one to come down, which is quite confusing and not so user friendly. Besides, …

For my parents, the transition from Senior Living to adding assistance, as needed, was seamless. Consequently, they are 'technically' Assisted Living now, little over a year after arriving. but it was never an issue. It was more like the Belmont offered to help them out here and there with this or that! Yes, happy to help. Belmont does an amazing job of building community, too. I toured Belmont Village Turtle Creek. I wasn't impressed with the room or the apartment, but everything else seemed perfect. The place is nice, clean, and roomy. They had a lot of active folks around there. I met quite a few of them. They had meeting rooms where they had classes. They have social events, and a cafeteria, and the food looks great. Vivian was nice.
