The place is great from a visual and offering. She loves her room and the lighting. They tried to pair her with like people too. The food and weekend staff is the only complaint. She is struggling to find connection with leadership to improve the food situation. On the weekend there is no leadership staff and the support is not great if there are issues.

We visited the memory care facility of Bickford of Greenwood. The place seemed great, and I love the place, but the rooms are small, and it was too expensive. They do have a special program designed just for seniors that they call a Montessori program, and it seems great. We walked around the entire facility, and they had a lot of different things. They have the basics like a nice general dining room for everyone, special activity rooms, a gym, an outdoor patio area, a nice hair salon, and a music room. It's a…

My dad has moved into Bickford of Greenwood. He can be in assisted living because they have a secure facility. Three meals a day are included. His apartment is a studio. It has a microwave and a small fridge. It also has a bathroom. They have activities especially for dementia and Alzheimer's. They have those types of activities and little game stations set up like puzzles, and I like that.
