We chose Bridgewater because I am a nurse and I knew I wanted clinical staff in the building. The executive director is an RN and they have a supervising nurse and LDN. That was important for me because I knew I could communicate on that level with them. What surprised me was that the direct caregivers have developed a strong bond with my mom and gone above and beyond to be able to communicate with her and get her to do things others would not have been able to do.
