Great transition.

It was so much easier transition than I expected/feared. [name removed] was wonderful to work with, before and during move in. All the staff have been wonderful. Welcoming my sister - remembering her name and being so kind. Highly recommend!

Always staff around and visible. Residents say they love the food and enjoy living there. [name removed] in admissions is wonderful to work with! Very accommodating.

I toured Brookdale Harbison. The administration was good. The people were very nice and attentive. I got a chance to look at the units, and they were very nice. Because the way it's set up, it looked more like a nursing home than assisted living, in my opinion. I wasn't expecting it to look more like a nursing home. Nevertheless, the staff members were very attentive, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. It was clean; however, it had a smell. I understood why the smell was there, but it still had a smel…

I visited this facility

We liked the assisted living facility of Brookdale Harbison. The rooms were reasonable and of a good size. The place was also well organized. The only bad thing was that they only have one meal per day, which is included in the price. That's the downside of it. I guess you would either have to pay for an additional meal or make your own. Other than that, the sales representative was very likable. The place looked clean and had a good setup.

Brookdale Harbison gets a 5 in each and every category! My mother in law loves it there, and her opinion is the only one that really matters. We have had no issues.
