The staff and caregivers are awesome. They are always willing to answer any questions and they are very attentive to my mother, and other tenants that I can see. The food seems to be cold and my mother and other residents are always saying it's cold. The private room my mother has is the perfect size but the room is hot most of the time. best memory care in Ellis county.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Memory Care is very clean and a they are attentive to all residents each time I visit. Everyone gets individual attention based on their needs. This is the best facility I visited and the sales administrator did not pressure or over sell. I was impressed with the staff and how they cared for everyone there. I am treated like family there. And my mom adjusted to it quickly which shows how they attend to her.

A nice assisted living facility. Close to hwy and area of Waxahatchie. Amenities and available staff make it a step above.

What we like the most about the community is the love my mom felt from everyone. They all worked together to get the residents taken care even if it was not their job.

Quality has Declined

Since Buffalo Creek has been purchased by Sagora quality has declined. They are having staffing issues. They have an activities calendar but it is not accurate. There are very little activities on the weekend. I noticed above states it has complimentary transportation but there is a fee for all transportation. Very Limited offsite activities
