PositiveThey have a very nice dining area where u can make friends lots of activities a small gym, exercise classes, a chapel, card games, bingo, movies and each room has a beautiful balcony! I have met the absolute nicest compassionate and caring people here at calaroga terrace. Especially [name removed] Who more than helped me for over a year! This is the number one reason I live here! She gave me her time, her personal phone no. Her patience her kindness. And just when I thought I was all set to move in,I fell and she st…

PositiveI've only been in Calaroga Terrace for about three days. I'm back in the hospital, but I'm going back there as soon as they release me. The staff is very friendly. They are nice people. They bend over backwards to help you. It's just a studio, but they have one-bedroom apartments. They've got just abo…

CriticalThey have a lot of trouble keeping the elevators functioning. They seem to be short-staffed most of the time, but the ones who are there are very friendly. The administration told us we'd get quarterly reviews for my mom's care and we haven't. They could improve on the food by offering more soft food options.
★★★★★
CriticalI do not recommend calaroga terrace AT ALL.
★★★★★
CriticalMaintenance is appalling. At least one elevator is out of order. Currently we are at two weeks. Laundry - once a week? Currently I am at three weeks with no service. "Machine down" Food is mostly inedible. I pay for three meals/day but do all my own cooking. No oven btw.
★★★★★
PositiveLocation Excellent maintenance Staffing Executive Director that is hands on and makes sure everything is taken care of Kitchen staff has issues with quality etc
