I toured Carriage Inn-Conroe. It is an old place. I didn't get a feel for it because it's just like walking down a hallway, and I didn't like it. It was clean. They had a kitchen, a dining area, and a sports area. That's about it. The people who gave the tour were excellent.

Let me start by stating- I'm extremely picky. I have been in healthcare for 30 years plus and have very high expectations of certain things.... While this is independent living - and not Assisted... it's by far the BEST place for my dad. After losing my mom, he didn't want to stay in their home... and I was worried about his social interaction if he got an apartment.
