We're very happy with Citiview Residential Care. It's a 100% match of what my dad would like. They are staffed sufficiently, and all of them are very attentive and professional. We looked at the menu, and I think it suits the clientele. It's a big property with gardens, a big patio, a big front, and a driveway with trees and sitting areas.

Citiview Residential Care is just a six-bed home. It is located in a nice area of Riverside. It's got a well manicured lawn, and the place looks nice. It sits on an acre lot, so it's a pretty big piece of ground that they have. They have two caregivers in the day and two caregivers at night, and one lady that stays there and lives there. What a blessing to find this place! Beautiful, homey environment, good smells coming from home cooked meals in the kitchen and always spotlessly clean. Caring, joyful and thoughtful staff giving personalized attention to each resident. Prompt attention to special requests and creative solutions for special needs. Everyone is always willing to do whatever it takes for the comfort, health, and well being of the resident--and the family's peace of mind.

Citiview is a wonderful place for anyone who wants the best possible care for their aging parent. They have a slogan on their brochure that truly sums it up best.....”Where your concern becomes ours and peace of mind...Yours”. It really is as close to being at home that you can get without actually being there. The residence and grounds are kept exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very nice place!

What really stands out to me here is the warm family atmosphere of the community. It really feels like a home and not a facility. I'd give them 5s across the board for everything, it's a nice looking clean facility, and the staff are all very friendly and professional.
