Overall satisfied. The staff was caring. Seems like there's some underlying problems with management. They overcharged me a months rent after my wife passed 3 months ago. I'm still waiting for the refund. That's not the way to run business.

PositiveThe memory care wing has terrible rooms for residents. Shared rooms have no doors for privacy. Was very disappointed to see the residents just sitting in wheelchairs with no stimulation or activities.

My friend’s father lives there and anytime I have visited, the staff are smiling, caring and compassionate. The community was decorated so well and was clean and cared for. I would definitely recommend the Courtyards !
